Lily Bowden

Lily has been passionate about sports her entire life, competing at a high level in both soccer and lacrosse. She played U19 lacrosse for Team Quebec and spent seven years competing on a travel soccer team in the United States before continuing her athletic career at the high school level. She has also participated in basketball and flag football. As a coach, Lily enjoys creating a fun and supportive environment where children can develop their skills, build confidence, and grow their love of sport. She is excited to continue working with young athletes throughout the summer as a soccer camp coach.
